Horse Sport Ireland is pleased to announce the appointment of Dag Albert as High Performance Manager for Eventing Young Riders and Senior Athletes. A highly respected figure in international eventing, Albert brings a wealth of experience to the role, having previously held the position of High Performance Manager for the HSI Senior Eventing Programme and the eventing youth programmes. His impact was immediate and widely recognised, playing a key role in preparing Irish combinations on the Olympic pathway and contributing to the evolution of the programme. A former Olympian, Dag Albert has represented Sweden at the highest level of the sport, competing at the Olympic Games in both 1996 and 2008. Over the years, he has developed a strong reputation not only as a competitor but also as a coach and performance leader, guiding athletes across Europe and the UK to success on the international stage.
