You will be responsible for both our shop and caf teams and be expected to take on responsibility for the daily management of the store, as well demonstrating an aptitude for forward planning. The store manager will be responsible for meeting KPIs and ensuring that an exceptional level of customer service is maintained. At busy times, you will be expected to fill any of the roles that you are directly responsible for. For this reason, the successful candidate must be able to adapt, multi-task and cope well under pressure.Hours: This role will be approximately 40 hours per week.
