A Riding for the Disabled (RDA) Coach has been named TheSundayTimesGrassroots Sportswoman of the Year in recognition of her outstanding contribution to disabled people through sport.Natalie ORourke is the founder of South Londons Park Lane Stables RDA, where people of all abilities are helped to develop physically and emotionally through equestrian activities.Im totally overwhelmed to have won, she said. Im so grateful my Dad could be with me; he was the first to put me on a pony and has supported my passion for horses my whole life.
