Due to an increasing number of students enrolling in our Changing Lives Through Horses Program we are looking for someone to join our SEND team.

Duties and responsibilities :
Assisting in delivering our Changing Lives Through Horses program.
Recording and reporting a pupil’s progress
Helping pupils stay focused during class hours
Supervising group activities .
Helping to manage student behaviour
Looking after children who are unwell or upset
Providing a healthy and safe learning environment for children .
Be able to work with small groups of children on your own.
The successful candidate will be experienced in working with challenging children from various back grounds.
An equine back ground will also be required.
You will be a good listen & skilful at communicating with challenging children.
You will need to DBS check, if you don't already hold a current certificate we can arrange one.

HOURS:
Term times only Tues to Fri 9.30am 3pm 1 hour for lunch.
