Hélène Darroze, what inspires you in this collaboration with Longines Paris Eiffel Jumping and how did you approach the creation of your menu for this event?

“Every year, I’m moved by the unique energy that radiates from Longines Paris Eiffel Jumping. It’s a world I knew little about at first, but one that resonates deeply with values I hold dear: discipline, focus, the pursuit of excellence, and intensity.There’s a real parallel between the focus required of a rider and that which I experience in the kitchen with my brigade.For this new edition, I’ve created a seasonal menu designed to leave a strong and lasting impression on those who experience it.”

Morena Leite, what is your vision of Brazilian cuisine at an international event like Longines Paris Eiffel Jumping, and what do you want to convey to guests?

“Brazilian cuisine is rich in flavors and emotions. Through this lunch, I want to offer a true sensory journey, a balance between tradition and innovation, where guests will discover typical Brazilian ingredients sublimated with a contemporary touch.”
